As well as being a trained chef and plant based advocate, I offer comprehensive behavioural change coaching as part of my personal training packages. Each personal training session is 30 or 45 minutes, the optimal amount of time proven to ensure consistency and long-term success. I offer a mixture of online and in person training.
I specialise in helping individuals set achievable, realistic goals. We’ll identify your personal motivations, tackle obstacles, and develop actionable strategies for lasting behaviour change including a focus on nutrition. With ongoing support and accountability, I’ll ensure you stay on track, offering encouragement and adjusting our approach as needed.
My ultimate aim is to optimise your body’s efficiency, reduce inflammation, enhance muscle responsiveness, and boost your overall performance and energy. With a strong, resilient body and mind, you'll feel empowered to perform at your best for years to come.

I trained as a pastry chef and love all things sweet. I also have a big passion for carbs! I love bread, pasta and potatoes. Maybe it's my Scottish and Irish heritage.
I am married to Nathan and we have a fur baby (Shihtzu) called Alfie. Just over a year ago we decided to move to a village in Kent called Birchington. It's a really pretty costal village and we are so lucky to live here. We had no idea that a few months after we moved the pandemic would hit. What a strange and hard year it's been for a lot of people.
I am mainly plant based and 100% veggie. I do love artisan cheese and we are so lucky to have a fantastic cheese counter at Quex barn. However, I only have cheese once or twice a year so I make sure it's from loving producers. I also love eating and cooking with eggs, but again, from much loved Hens. It's a personal choice but if you are looking for some easy but delicious recipes then hopefully I can help. I will also post longer, more complex recipes as I know some people have a lot of time to try new things.
